I've read some debate as to whether she could be unbanned, and I think the broad summary is that she probably could be since the power level of the format has risen so much since banning, but probably won't be cause it wouldn't really add anything to the format. People have been speculating on Commander staples, and her ban has kept a lid on the price (though it's still a Legacy staple and shows up in Modern occasionally). What data I could find shows she was price initially ~$50, ran up to $350, and has fallen dramatically to stabilize at $100-125 for the past few years. To my surprise, the biggest, baddest creature of all time has one of the lowest prices for anything comparable. I also am unimpressed by the "print for whales" cards like Jeweled Lotus or artificially low supply variants of fairly normal cards in recent sets.
